The Supreme Court today transferred the Shorabuddin Sheikh case out of Gujarat to Mumbai. The court also refused to cancel the bail given to Amit Shah and has allowed him to enter into Gujarat.
In a hearing about the CBI’s plea to cancel bail given to Gujarat BJP leader Amit Shah, the SC today refused to cancel the bail given to Shah by the Gujarat High Court.
