Gujarat HC refuses to hear bail plea of suspended cop

The Gujarat High Court on Friday declined to hear bail plea of suspended IPS N K Amin, one of the accused in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.
The court said that the case was transferred to Maharasthra as per Supreme Court’ s order.
Amin had filed the bail petition on the ground that he was suffering was life threatening disease and needs a minimum of five hours of oxygen supply under the supervision of trained medical officer.
Justice Anant Dave declined to hear the plea and said that HC had no jurisdiction. He asked Amin to file bail application in Mumbai court. The court also directed CBI to give him proper medical care. Amin who is accused of disposing body of Kauserbi, Sohrabuddin’s wife was arrested in 2007.
