The Election Commission of India (ECI) has issued a notice to Dileep Sanghani,, State Law and Agriculture Minister for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct for the upcoming assembly elections. He has been given time till October 15 to submit his written reply to the commission.
The notice was issued to Sanghani for attending the ground breaking ceremony for road n Amreli municipality area on October 4. We have also received a CD (compact disc) with video clippings of the ceremony, showing someone assuring the people to remember ‘December 13’.
