India targets port capacity of 3200 MT by 2020

SC asks Essar Oil to pay Rs 9100 cr to Gujarat

Supreme Court has found that Essar Oil was not qualified to get incentives of Rs 9100 cr from Gujarat government and has directed it to pay the amount. The court gave this order on an appeal by Gujarat government against High Court order in favour of Essar Oil.

Government orders re-examination Miniratna status of CPSEs

The Department of Public Enterprises of the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises has directed all administrative Ministries and Departments to re-examine the Miniratna status of existing Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). It is to be done by January 15 this year.
