IOC bags award for development of women

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has been adjudged as one of the Best Enterprises by the Forum of Women in Public Sector (WIPS) for its active role in the development of women.
Ms. Anindita Moitra, senior Project Manager of IOC bagged the award for “Best Woman Employee” in the executive cadre for her outstanding contribution towards various key projects.
Chief Minister Narendra Modi presented the award to S K Diwan, Executive Director, IOC, Gujarat. The award is given to top three organizations for their active role played in gender sensitive initiatives and women employees’ development.
WIPS was instituted in 1989 under the aegis of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises to promote growth and development of women in PSUs.
