New Gujarat BJP president on Feb.1

Gujarat Global News Network, Ahmedabad

The new president of state BJP will be elected on Monday at state executive meeting. The new president will replace Purusottam Rupala whose three year term ended last December.

Senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde will preside over the meeting. Appointments of ward presidents, block presidents and city and district presidents have been completed. The election of state party president will be held on February 1, said Bharatsinh Parmar, state BJP general secretary supervising the organisational polls in the state BJP.
